All cruises are provided, operated and sold on the basis of / or the following conditions and may not be altered in part or whole by the 'purchaser' or his or her agents and representatives unless expressly agreed in writing by Cruise Phuket.

Payments

1. Deposit
   A non-refundable deposit of 20% must be made in conjunction with a signed and completed 'booking form' in order to confirm your reservation.
2. Final payment
   A final payment and / or all outstanding payments owed by the purchaser to Cruise Phuket must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure. Failure to fulfil this obligation will result in the cancellation of your booking and / or reservation, and the subsequent forfeiture of any deposits paid.
3. Cancellations
   Any purchaser or passenger that cancels his/her booking less than 30 days prior to the departure date will forfeit the entire value of his/her cruise. If for any reason a passenger fails to turn up and board the vessel on the departure date, he/she will forfeit the entire value of the cruise.

Insurance

Cruise Phuket requires all passengers to take out comprehensive travel insurance. This is a sea voyage and unpredictable circumstances may arise eg: weather, illness, flight and travel complications, mechanical failure etc. The insurance should also cover loss or damage of baggage and trip cancellation cover. Please consult your travel agent for these circumstances and purchase the appropriate cover.

Other Liability Conditions

Cruise Phuket is an operator of adventure travel cruises and as such passengers may encounter personal and physical discomfort or risks. Cruise Phuket expects every passenger to board the vessel to fully understand the risks involved and is prepared to accept that those risks form part of the nature of the charter. Management and Crew of the vessel undertake to provide every possible and reasonable precaution and to take all due care in the course of its operation, however, responsibility for illness, accident, death or property damage or loss, lies with the passenger.

Cruise Phuket will also not be held liable for any breach of contract caused directly or indirectly by civil unrest, an act of God or natural disaster, force majeure, industrial dispute or war.

Changes

Information within this booklet is subject to change without prior notice. In the event you submit a Booking Form when a more updated version was compiled, we will issue you with a new booklet before re-confirming your booking to ensure you are made aware of any changes.
